About this service

A burst pipe or a backed-up main line does not wait for business hours, so neither do we. Dispatch answers every call, day or night, and a licensed plumber is on the way within the hour anywhere from Monument to Fountain. The van carries the parts for the common failures, so most emergencies are fixed on the first visit. You see the price on the tablet before the work starts, and the night rate is the same as the day rate.

Questions

Before you call.

Do you charge extra at night and on weekends?

No. The diagnostic fee is the same at 2pm and 2am. Emergency parts sometimes cost more; you see that on the quote before we start.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, on installs over $1,000, from 0 percent for 18 months. The tech can apply on the tablet in about five minutes.

Are your technicians employees?

All 31 technicians are employees, background-checked and licensed in Colorado. We do not send subcontractors.

Reviews

What our customers say.

  • The tech was here in 40 minutes at 11pm.

A pipe let go behind the washer on a Sunday night. Beacon answered on the second ring, the truck was here in 40 minutes, and the price was exactly what the dispatcher quoted.

  • They fixed what two other companies could not.

Our furnace kept short-cycling. The first two companies swapped parts. Beacon's tech spent twenty minutes measuring and found the return was undersized. Fixed for good.

David and Lin P., Monument, Google review
  • Clean, quick, and no upsell.

Panel upgrade for an EV charger. They pulled the permit, passed inspection first time, and did not try to sell me a surge protector.
