We tell you which it is, with a repair price and a replacement price side by side, and let you decide. Do you charge extra at night and on weekends?
No. The diagnostic fee is the same at 2pm and 2am. Emergency parts sometimes cost more; you see that on the quote before we start.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on installs over $1,000, from 0 percent for 18 months. The tech can apply on the tablet in about five minutes.
Are your technicians employees?
All 31 technicians are employees, background-checked and licensed in Colorado. We do not send subcontractors.
